Credit card payments

After completing the online form, payment will be taken from your credit card and a payment receipt will be sent to you via email. The payment will be processed by Pasha Bank and included in the purchase invoice.

Delivery

I love Baku offers a delivery service within the city. Delivery applies only to orders over 20₼.

Delivery conditions:

Delivery within a distance of up to 5 km from I love Baku is free of charge. For distances over 5 km, the delivery price increases by 1₼ for each additional 1 km.

Delivery service is carried out on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00. Delivery time depends on the time of receipt of the order (maximum 48 hours).

Orders are delivered to areas up to 25 km from I Love Baku.

Exchange and return

In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt in good condition and with an official receipt. The product to be returned must be returned in its original condition and undamaged. If the product has been used or has lost its consumer properties (for example, as a result of improper storage), the product cannot be exchanged or returned. Children's toys are not returned due to hygiene rules. Products purchased with I love Baku gift cards are not returned or exchanged. When returning the goods, the buyer must fill out the appropriate application form.
